Welcome to Ebb and Flow, a new townhome community just off of Overland Road, near the intersection of Five Mile Road in Southwest Boise. Each of our townhomes are two levels, have three bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms, two car garage with a driveway for additional parking, and a private yard. Each unit has 1910+ sq ft of living area. Personal space was a theme as we created 9 townhomes in a space approved for 14, by the City of Boise. We are under construction, with our exterior almost complete, and our goal is to be fully completed mid-February 2026.
